Stepmill - The Perfect Stair Stepper Machine?

!±8± Stepmill - The Perfect Stair Stepper Machine?

The stepmill has been slowing gaining momentum in the fitness equipment industry lately because of the ability to get a full cardio vascular and low impact lower body workout. This can be accomplished while minimizing the time needed on the gym equipment.

The stepmill is great for people who still want a quality workout but don't have the time to devote a full scale workout.

Many people want a quality workout but find that the day will slip by, no with the resurgence of the stepmill, many gyms are scrambling to add them to their arsenal.

Unfortunately since the recent run of these stepmills, many gyms and health clubs have been caught off guard and been trying to add this to their fitness equipment but there has been a shortage in the marketplace.

Usually the stepmill is one of the largest gym pieces because this machine most closely resembles a climbing staircase.

The steps are regular size steps and you can choose from over 8 programmed workouts such as manual to cardio to my personal favorite the fat burning program.

The Stairmaster Stepmill 7000 PT is probably the most popular and sought of the stepmills because of the fact it's more new.

There really aren't to many differences between the different step mills just a few extra bells and whistles.

The only really downside I had found the the gym equipment was the expense, the machines can run over to 5,000 brand new. Which if you are going to use the stepmill is well worth the investment.

There is another option and that is to look into the used gym equipment market. There you can often find the stepmill for thousands of dollars less and in like new condition.

So the next time you are at the gym or if you want a quality piece of commercial fitness equipment invest in the Stairmaster Stepmill machine today.

Stepmill Workouts - Learn Cardio Exercises Designed to Burn Fat

!±8± Stepmill Workouts - Learn Cardio Exercises Designed to Burn Fat

Stepmills are not the most common fitness machines at health clubs but if you can find one jump on it. Better yet if you have the capital you should seriously look at investing in one because the cardio workout you can have is second to none.

In fact some Hollywood celebrities, such as Sly Stallone, have been reported as using these machines with weights on their backs on the set when filming a movie.

Now here are some simple tips to help maximize your workout on the stepmill. First thing you are going to notice is the stepmill 7000 PT is one of the largest pieces of fitness equipment at the gym. Please don't let this intimidate you because this machine is a pussy cat once you understand how to use it.

So when you start walking the virtual staircase you are able to have 6 different programmed routines to choose from including a manual mode. My suggestion would be to choose the fat burner mode which starts off slow and works you gradually. When the stepmill starts you are going to be tempted to use the handle bars on each side and that's ok.

After you get use to the feel of the machine try to work towards not having to use the handle bars for maximum effect.

Next is to take the workout slow at first because you will be surprised with how fast your heart rate speeds up. Your hips, knees, ankle and spine all will benefit from using the stepmill not to mention the strong cardio vascular workout you will be achieving.

Just remember to not lean forward so much and to try to climb the steps with keeping your body upright throughout the entire motion, this will give you a better workout for the entire body.

You will probably only want to set the initial time for ten minutes if you haven't worked out in a little and maybe fifteen to twenty minutes if you exercise regularly. Then as you advance you will want to try and aim for thirty to forty-five minutes. Once you achieve that try adding some weights in the form of a weight vest.

This will have you really benefiting from your workout routine with the stepmill.
